Simple Ways to Care for Your Mental Health

Small steps make a big difference:

Stay connected – Reach out to friends, family, or our team (isolation makes things harder)
Get creative – Try journaling, drawing, or music to express yourself
Move your body – A short walk or dance session can boost your mood
Take breaks from screens – Especially social media (comparison steals joy!)
Prioritise sleep – Teens need 8–10 hours nightly for a clearer mind
Eat regularly – Even small, nutritious meals help stabilise emotions

And remember: Never feel ashamed to visit your GP or use NHS services. Mental health is health, professionals are there to help, not judge.
